Architect Jordan Hicks (he/him) is a Project Leader working in the Studio's Chicago office. Jordan joined Studio Gang in 2013 and has played a key role in residential projects such as MIRA, seeing that project through from Concept Design to Construction. He is currently part of the O’Hare Global Terminal team.
Hailing from western New York, he holds a Master of Architecture with High Distinction from the University of Michigan, where he won the Saarinen-Swanson Writing Prize, and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis. Outside of the office, Jordan enjoys designing conceptual projects and writing architectural criticism, which can be found in the journals MONU, PLAT, and the Avery Review, among others. Jordan was a cofounder of the arts space/experimental music venue Open Lot in St. Louis. In the summer, he can often be found at one of Chicago’s many beaches along Lake Michigan.
